This is where research becomes a product people use every day. Below: what we've shipped, the government work we can't show you, and how a build runs.
Seven fields have made it through research so far. Two of the products are running at scale; the rest are below.
A school operating system built for the region, in Arabic and English. Admissions, attendance, grades, fees and twenty more modules share one student record. It runs in Cairo classrooms today.
Built for Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and Dar Al-Iftaa Al-Misriyyah. A century of rulings and scholarship, 576,000 passages from 121,303 documents, searchable in eight languages. Every answer names its source. If there is no source, it doesn't answer.
A traveler may shorten the four-unit prayers once the journey passes the recognized distance,1 the position of the majority of the schools of law.2

The platform that connects AI models, people and code. Santeon built it and owns it. Our products run on it.
Everything on this page started as a field brief. The next brief is being written now.
We go wherever the research leads. Government is the biggest sector we work in, and the one we can say the least about.
We build software for ministries, agencies and public bodies. Some of it connects a government to other governments, to its citizens and to businesses. Some of it makes the government's own work faster and cheaper. A lot of it touches national security, intelligence and personal data.
This work is sensitive, and our contracts say so. We've signed non-disclosure agreements that stop us from naming clients, describing the systems or publishing results, and we keep to them. If you're a government or institutional buyer, we can brief you in private.

Secure data sharing and coordination between ministries, agencies and other governments.
ClientServices citizens use directly: applications, records, payments and support, online and in their own language.
ClientThe services companies deal with, like licensing, permits, procurement, customs and tax filing, made faster and easier to track on both sides.
ClientWe map how a ministry's work actually moves (approvals, paperwork, handoffs between departments) and build the systems that take out the delays and the cost.
ClientPlanning, analysis and logistics software for defense organizations, built to their security rules.
ClientTools for investigations, public safety and protecting critical infrastructure.
ClientSystems that pull scattered information into one picture, so analysts can connect the evidence and brief decision makers faster.
ClientThe team that did the research builds the product. Nobody hands it off.
Architecture, data, access rules and a security review, written against the spec from research.
